Expectations

Let me start this post with one of my favorite quotes from Peter Drucker:

The best way to predict the future is to create it

No one can predict the future, however, everyone is responsible for creating its own. At this moment, all I have is high expectations about this month - excitement level is over 100%! Also, a strong belief that it will be such a learning journey... Why? Let me give you two reasons:

1. For me there's always something to learn and to do. Every experience will always contribute for me to grow somehow.

2. I have been reading about the experiences of other CEOs for One Month and it feels like I am living it already - it looks amazing!

Although I will be working near the river, it will not be a month of vacations, but learning. Trust me when I say that it's usually quite sunny here (although the picture bellow does not represent it) and summer has just started.

Let's give it a good start! Can't wait to get to know the business and HR industry better. Also, meet the 190 people working in Adecco Portugal (or at least half of them...). Did you know that Adecco Portugal was founded in 1989? 6 years older than me.
